Her expertise in optimizing client value, strengthening data analytics, and heightening operational strategy has driven notable contributions. Monica has a passion for process improvement and results-focused strategy. Her belief that all goals can be measured, analyzed and ultimately exceeded is anticipated to drive continued notable contributions through her role of COO of FX Facility Group.

Natalie has close to 10 years of experience in cultivating and maintaining client relationships. She has a demonstrated history of acquiring and retaining new relationships, specialized customer service, implementation of strategic priorities, research and analysis, and team building with collaboration. She is an advocate for our clients, leads tactical change to better our organization and, in turn, our clients’ organizations.
